Service Description
A 2-hour Self-Compassion Workshop held on Saturday, 16th May, 11 am–1 pm, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently turn inwards. This experience includes mindful journalling and a full-body yoga practice. We’ll close with an extra-long, guided Savasana to leave you feeling truly rested and recharged from within. There will be tea and cake to enjoy, and a great chance to connect with others in the community. This is your space to pause, breathe, and meet yourself with kindness. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more connected to yourself. What to bring: A mat and blanket, and maybe even a pillow to make your Savasana extra cosy. Location: Enter via the car park entrance. How to get here: There is a car park at the Woollard Centre. The workshop is right by the Roding View bus stop for the 167 and is also a 5-minute walk from Buckhurst Hill station. Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. However, if your space can be filled (by you or me), I will offer a refund minus a small transaction fee.
