Private Lesson Returns Policy

If you are unable to attend a private lesson, please notify us at least 12 hours before the class start time to request a reschedule or refund, subject to availability and a nominal transaction fee.

 

Refunds or rescheduling are not available for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time.
For exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible accommodations.

 

Group Class Returns Policy

 

If you are unable to attend a group class, please notify us as soon as possible before the class begins.
Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the management, depending on a

 

Rescheduling:

 

Classes can be rescheduled to a future date (subject to availability) if requested at least 6 hours before the class start time.
Requests made later than this cannot be rescheduled.

Refunds:

 

Refunds are available if you notify us at least 6 hours before the class starts, minus a nominal transaction fee. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details.

 

Exceptions:

 

In exceptional cases, such as a medical emergency, please reach out to us to discuss possible accommodations. We strive to be flexible and understanding in such situations.

 

6-Class Pass Plan:

For those on the 6-Class Pass, please note that all classes must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase. This allows for up to two weeks off during the plan. Any unused classes after the 2 months will be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining classes. If you anticipate any difficulties in completing your classes within this timeframe, feel free to contact us to discuss your options.

Workshops:

To cancel or reschedule a workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure eligibility for a refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
