About

Hi, I’m Eloise! I’m a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, and I completed my teacher training in Greece, where I studied yogic philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.

My yoga journey began after I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness that brings widespread pain, fatigue, brain fog, and plenty of other not-so-fun symptoms. At one point, I even lost the ability to walk and read, which meant stepping away from university to focus on my health.

Looking for ways to cope, I started practising yoga online. Before long, I fell in love with it. With regular practice, my pain, anxiety, and mental health became much more manageable.

That journey inspired me to become a yoga teacher, so I could share the same benefits with others. My mission is to make yoga truly accessible for everyone, no matter your experience, ability, or age, while encouraging mindfulness and self-compassion along the way.

How I Teach

I believe that everyone is their own best teacher. You know your body better than anyone else, and yoga is about listening to your body and honouring your unique abilities. In my classes, I provide plenty of variations and options, so everyone can find ways to move that feel best for them. I teach a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin, offering something for every body and every level. We focus on mindfulness and offer a variety of poses that are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, helping you leave feeling empowered, relaxed, and connected.

Yoga by Eloise centres on support, kindness, and community. I feel grateful to bring people together to care for their bodies and minds, and I would love to welcome you into that space, too.
