Service Description
A 2-hour mid-year reset yoga workshop held on Saturday, 11th July, 11 am–1 pm, designed to pause and reflect on the year so far and set intentions for the months ahead. This experience includes mindful journalling and goal setting, along with a full-body yoga practice, and we’ll close with an extra-long guided Savasana, leaving you feeling deeply rested and recharged from within. There will be tea and cake to enjoy, along with a lovely opportunity to connect with others in the community. This is your space to pause, breathe, and meet yourself with kindness. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and more connected to yourself. What to bring: A mat and blanket, and maybe even a pillow to make your Savasana extra cosy. Location: Enter via the car park entrance. How to get here: There is a car park at the Woollard Centre. The workshop is right by the Roding View bus stop for the 167 and is also a 5-minute walk from Buckhurst Hill station. Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. However, if your space can be filled (by you or me), I will offer a refund minus a small transaction fee.
